All rates offered correspond to the so-called Best Available Rate (also called Flexible Rate, Best Flexible Rate or Standard Rate) of the hotel on that night. In some cases, suitespot even offers reduced promotional rates, such as free nights for longer stays or a percentage discount. The total price displayed usually includes discounts that have already been offered.

Booking through suitespot is generally free of charge. However, with a paid premium membership, you will be eligible for enhanced services, including the ability to book and manage your next luxury hotel stay online. Additionally, as a premium member, your inquiries to our VIP service team are given top priority, ensuring an elevated experience.

6. Can bookings through suitespot be cancelled free of charge?

More than 95 percent of all bookings at suitespot can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 or 48 hours before arrival. The payment is usually taken upon check-out at the hotel. The hotel only requires a deposit in rare cases, such as for particularly popular dates or in selected cities. If this is the case, we will advise you accordingly.

suitespot's portfolio consists of more than 4,200 curated luxury hotels around the world. Our hand-picked partner hotels are all in the four and five-star range and are amongst the best hotels in the respective destination. We partner with well-known luxury brands such as Aman, Four Seasons, One&Only, Mandarin Oriental, Jumeirah, Park Hyatt, Raffles, Ritz-Carlton and Waldorf Astoria, as well as with independent hotels.
