The Amansara in Siem Reap – from around 1,683 €
The Amansara stands on its own. At around 1,683 € it starts at 2.8 times the next dearest property and 11.8 times the cheapest.
Its package is as unusual as its price and consists almost entirely of benefits that barely exist elsewhere:

What a night costs

Eight of the ten properties start below 270 €. Only two sit above: the Six Senses Krabey Island at around 607 € and the Amansara at around 1,683 €. Those two stretch the range to a factor of twelve – the other eight sit within a factor of two.
And the cities do not separate: the median entry is around 176 € in Siem Reap (excluding the Amansara) and around 172 € in Phnom Penh.
What is more notable is how little the price says about the package. Seven of the ten carry a 100 USD credit – from the Sofitel Angkor at around 149 € to the Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor at around 264 €. The amount does not change; the price nearly doubles.

Two things in Cambodia are remarkably uniform – and two are precisely not.
