Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo · MonacoWith every booking through suitespot you receive a package of suitespot benefits:Entry rates sit between around 276 € and around 400 € per night, with a median entry of about 334 €.
That is the tightest price field we know at any destination – so price barely separates these four.
One of them, though, carries an extra that exists exactly once across our entire inventory of 4,856 properties.
Search for a hotel in Monaco and you are quickly given four names – and then the question of how to tell them apart. On price, hardly at all.
Fairmont Monte Carlo · MonacoBetween the Le Méridien Beach Plaza (from around 276 €) and the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo (from around 400 €) lie 124 €, not even a factor of one and a half. That is the tightest field we know at any destination – elsewhere a multiple separates cheapest from dearest.Personal luxury travel adviceOur travel advisors personally accompany your booking – 365 days a year, from the first offer to late check-out. Reach the suitespot VIP service via email or WhatsApp.Phone: +49 30 81452346 · hotel@suitespot.comWhat distinguishes them instead are four things, and they are spread remarkably evenly: the extra one property brings, the hotel credit, the suite choice and the way you earn points.
All four share a base package: a room upgrade subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out, and breakfast for two. And all four are tied to a loyalty programme – though what is actually credited differs, and we come back to that.
suitespot rates are full direct rates: the benefits are added to the regular rate, not substituted for it.
Because price offers so little to go on, it is worth looking at what each property brings that the other three do not.
The property on Square Beaumarchais carries by far the most unusual package in our Monaco selection.
Le Méridien Beach Plaza MonacoIt is the only property in our entire inventory of 4,856 with complimentary access to the Casino de Monte-Carlo – not the only one in Monaco, the only one anywhere. Added to that is a complimentary minibar, which exists at 34 of the 4,856.
And it is the only one of the four with two credits at once: 100 USD for food and beverage and 100 USD for the spa.
Breakfast here is expressly a buffet. Complimentary internet is not recorded – the only one of the four where that is so. Of 17 accommodation types, seven are suites, at 18 to 90 m².
The property on Avenue de la Madone is the suite property of the selection: of 16 accommodation types, twelve are suites – three quarters of the offering – at 25 to 110 m². That is the highest suite share of the four.
It belongs to the Leaders Club, expressly promises no minimum stay and carries complimentary internet.
It carries no hotel credit.
The Fairmont Monte Carlo on Avenue des Spélugues belongs to ALL (Accor) and carries 100 USD for food and beverage. Of 24 types, nine are suites. It carries no welcome gift.
The Le Méridien Beach Plaza on Avenue Princesse Grace is at around 276 € the cheapest entry and belongs to Marriott Bonvoy. It is the only one of the four with regular points and a welcome gift recorded, and likewise promises no minimum stay. Of 25 types, eight are suites.
It carries no credit, however – that is the trade for the fuller points-and-gift package.
For four properties the suite choice in Monaco is remarkably wide: 36 suite categories in total.
Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo · MonacoIt is densest at the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo: of 16 accommodation types, twelve are suites – three quarters. Recorded sizes run from 25 m² to 110 m².
At the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo it is seven of 17 types, at 18 to 90 m² – both the smallest recorded category in our Monaco selection and the second largest sit here.
The Fairmont Monte Carlo holds nine suites among 24 types, the Le Méridien Beach Plaza eight among 25. For these two no sizes are recorded in our inventory – so we give the count only and query the floor area directly with the property on request.
What that means for the choice: once a suite is settled, the field shifts markedly. The two dearer properties offer proportionally the wider choice, the two cheaper ones the greater number of room categories below.
All four properties are tied to a loyalty programme – full coverage for a destination of this size. What is actually credited, however, differs from property to property, and no programme overview will make that distinction for you.
At the Le Méridien Beach Plaza (Marriott Bonvoy) you earn regular points and status nights. It is the only one of the four for which that is recorded.
At the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo (Leaders Club) points are credited if you supply your membership number at the time of booking. That is a step easily forgotten – give us the number and we will pass it on.
For the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo (also Leaders Club) and the Fairmont Monte Carlo (ALL (Accor)) no points credit is recorded in our inventory. The tie says something about the house here, not about your account.
If you are deliberately collecting, the choice in Monaco is therefore narrower than four programmes suggest – and that is exactly the kind of difference that outweighs a 124 € price gap.
Tell us which programme you collect in and we will tell you what actually accrues in your case.
Only two of the four properties carry a hotel credit – and the two very differently.Personal luxury travel adviceOur travel advisors personally accompany your booking – 365 days a year, from the first offer to late check-out. Reach the suitespot VIP service via email or WhatsApp.Phone: +49 30 81452346 · hotel@suitespot.comThe Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo carries two at once: 100 USD for food and beverage and 100 USD for the spa. The Fairmont Monte Carlo carries 100 USD for food and beverage.
The Hotel Metropole and the Le Méridien Beach Plaza carry none. So if you are planning around a credit, Monaco gives you two addresses – and the dearer of the two gives twice as much.
On internet it is the other way round: three of the four carry it free of charge. At the Hôtel Hermitage, of all places – the dearest of the four – it is not recorded. If you work while travelling, we will settle that for you before booking.
On minimum stays the picture is simple: none of the four requires one, and two list that expressly as a benefit. A single night is possible everywhere – which is practical in Monaco, where many stays are tied to a fixed date.
As a suitespot guest you travel with VIP status: we register your preferences with the property before arrival.
With four properties this close on price, the useful question is not which is best but which of the four differences matters for your stay.
For anniversaries, wedding nights or simply more space: these properties in Monaco offer their own suite categories. Our travel advisors know them in detail and will put together the right category for your occasion.

Between them sit the Fairmont Monte Carlo (around 289 €) and the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo (around 380 €).
Only 124 € separates cheapest from dearest – not even a factor of one and a half. That is the tightest price field we know at any destination; the decision here falls to things other than price.
With four properties separated by only 124 €, we would rather answer with the differences than with a name.

The widest suite choice belongs to the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo – twelve of its 16 accommodation types are suites.
