Fly to French Polynesia and you land on Tahiti – and fly on from there, to Bora Bora, to Moorea, to the Tuamotus. The hotel stands in Faa'a, the commune where Tahiti’s international airport is. A stay here is therefore usually the night before and the night after.
And that is what makes this stay particular: on a day like that you are not leaving the hotel anyway. You arrive after twenty hours in the air, you eat something, you sleep. On the way back, the same thing in the other order.

Our recommendation: plan the market for the morning and Place Vaiete for the evening – and if you have a whole day, drive around the island. To the north is Pointe Vénus with its black beach; to the south the coast grows wilder.
