Many of our hotels currently offer free nights, discounts or guaranteed upgrades that can be combined with the suitespot benefits. With Premium, the recipient books them directly online.

The design is just the look: Premium applies to all hotels on suitespot, regardless of the hotel shown.

How the Premium gift is redeemed
Gifting Premium
- The Premium code (PREM-…) is redeemed once via the link on the gift card and is valid until 31 December of the third year after purchase.
- To redeem it, the recipient creates a suitespot account and adds a payment method. The code is already applied at checkout.
- The 12 months from redemption are a gift and nothing is charged.
- The membership can be cancelled in the account at any time until the free period ends, at no cost. Without cancellation, it then continues at the annual fee then in force (currently 99 EUR, CHF or GBP); details are set out in the membership terms.
Good to know
How long is the gift card valid?
Until 31 December of the third year after purchase. The date is shown on the gift card.
How does the gift card reach the recipient?
You choose: we email the gift straight to the recipient on your chosen date, or you receive the code and gift card yourself and hand it over in person. Either way, you get the code right after your purchase.
What if the recipient already has Premium?
The code is valid for a new membership. It cannot be redeemed for an account with an active Premium membership.
Does the recipient have to pay anything?
No. A payment method is added when redeeming, but nothing is charged until after the gifted year, and only if the membership has not been cancelled by then.
Can I withdraw from the purchase?
Yes, within 14 days without giving a reason. The code then becomes invalid.
