When will my payment method be charged?

How do I cancel during the trial period?
Without giving a reason, as long as the trial period is running. Your payment method will then never be charged, and your account remains as a free Basic account.
What happens to my bookings if I cancel?
Existing bookings remain valid, and the promised benefits are kept. Changes are then possible within the scope of the regular services.
Does the membership renew automatically?
Yes, for 12 months at a time. If you cancel at least 30 days before it expires, it will not renew.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Yes, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. Any amounts already paid will then be refunded.
