Hotel Martinez Cannes · Pointe CroisetteWith every booking through suitespot you enjoy a comprehensive package of suitespot benefits:On the Croisette stand the Regent Carlton Cannes (from around 408 €), the Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes (256 €), the Hotel Martinez Cannes at the Pointe Croisette (256 €), the Mondrian Cannes (254 €) and the JW Marriott Cannes (233 €).
Off the seafront sit the Five Seas Hotel Cannes on Rue Notre Dame (223 €) and the Canopy Cannes on Boulevard Jean Hibert towards Le Suquet and the harbour (147 €) – the lowest entry rate in our selection.
Added to those are two entire villas in the hills above town, rented as whole properties rather than by the room – more on those below.
This is the most frequent question about Cannes – and it can be answered precisely.
Mondrian Cannes · La LepreFive of our seven hotels stand on the Boulevard de la Croisette: the Regent Carlton Cannes at number 58 (from around 408 €), the Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes at number 10 (256 €), the Mondrian Cannes at number 45 (254 €), the JW Marriott Cannes at number 50 (233 €) and the Hotel Martinez Cannes at number 73, at the Pointe Croisette (256 €).Personal luxury travel adviceOur travel advisors personally accompany your booking – 365 days a year, from the first offer to late check-out. Reach the suitespot VIP service via email or WhatsApp.Phone: +49 30 81452346 · hotel@suitespot.comNot on the Croisette, but within walking distance: the Five Seas Hotel Cannes near the old town (223 €) and the Canopy Cannes by the harbour towards Le Suquet (147 €).
In Cannes the difference matters more than the distance suggests: the Croisette is where the festivals and the beach clubs are – if you want quiet, the harbour or the old town serves you better, and costs considerably less.
Cannes works on foot: from the harbour to the Pointe Croisette is about two kilometres along the water.
Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes · StadtmitteThese three locations cover our hotels.
Five properties: the Regent Carlton Cannes (from around 408 €), the Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes (256 €) with Superior, Deluxe and Prestige Sea View Terrace categories, the Mondrian Cannes (254 €) with Deluxe, Serenity and Signature, the JW Marriott Cannes (233 €) with seven categories up to the Presidential, and the Hotel Martinez Cannes at the Pointe Croisette (256 €) with five, among them the Oasis and the Suzanne.
The Five Seas Hotel Cannes on Rue Notre Dame (223 €) with the Top of Five Secret and SO categories – a small property between the Croisette and Rue d'Antibes, the city's shopping street.
The Canopy Cannes on Boulevard Jean Hibert (147 €) with Canopy and Sky categories sits at the western end of the bay, below the old town of Le Suquet – our quietest location and the lowest entry rate.
Two of our nine addresses in Cannes are not hotels but entire properties – and they are why the price range on this page looks unreadable at first glance.
Regent Carlton Cannes · Centre VilleThe Château De La Croix Des Gardes Cannes sits in the villa quarter of the same name above town; the Villa Palmira Super Cannes on the Super Cannes heights east of the Croisette. Both are rented as a whole, not by the room, both run on Fans of Mandarin Oriental, and both require a minimum stay of seven nights.
Their rates are accordingly on a different scale from the hotels: the Villa Palmira starts at around 6,410 € per night, the Château De La Croix Des Gardes at around 126,030 € per night. These are whole-property rates – not comparable to hotel room rates, and therefore not included in our price range.
Both are bookable on request only, and our travel advisors clarify availability, capacity and inclusions directly with the owner.
Cannes is the rare address where every property belongs to a programme – and where seven programmes share nine properties. None dominates.
Marriott Bonvoy covers two: the JW Marriott Cannes (from around 233 €) and the Five Seas Hotel Cannes (223 €). One property each goes to World of Hyatt (Hotel Martinez Cannes, 256 €), ALL (Mondrian Cannes, 254 €), the Leaders Club (Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes, 256 €), IHG One Rewards (Regent Carlton Cannes, 408 €) and Hilton Honors (Canopy Cannes, 147 €).
The two villas run on Fans of Mandarin Oriental.
In practice: whichever status you bring, Cannes almost always has exactly one property for it. Conversely, the city is hard to cover with a single programme.
Cannes has an events calendar that sets the prices: during the film festival in May and the big trade fairs the Croisette properties sell out early and rates sit far above the entry prices quoted here. If you are flexible, check what is on in your chosen week before booking.Personal luxury travel adviceOur travel advisors personally accompany your booking – 365 days a year, from the first offer to late check-out. As a suitespot guest you travel with VIP status: we register your preferences with the hotel before arrival – in Cannes most often a sea view towards the Croisette.
All seven hotels include breakfast for two and a late check-out, six an upgrade subject to availability and five a 100 USD hotel credit – at the Hotel Martinez Cannes, JW Marriott Cannes, Mondrian Cannes, Regent Carlton Cannes and Canopy Cannes. These benefits do not apply to the two villas.

In Cannes every property belongs to a programme, but there are seven different ones: Marriott Bonvoy with two (JW Marriott Cannes, Five Seas Hotel Cannes), plus one each for World of Hyatt (Hotel Martinez Cannes), ALL (Mondrian Cannes), the Leaders Club (Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes), IHG One Rewards (Regent Carlton Cannes) and Hilton Honors (Canopy Cannes).
The two villas run on Fans of Mandarin Oriental.
We list two entire properties in Cannes: the Château De La Croix Des Gardes Cannes in the villa quarter above town and the Villa Palmira Super Cannes on the Super Cannes heights.
Both are rented as a whole, not by the room, and both require a minimum stay of seven nights. Rates start at around 6,410 € (Villa Palmira) and 126,030 € per night (Château De La Croix Des Gardes) – whole-property rates, not comparable to a room rate.

The JW Marriott Cannes (from around 233 €) with seven categories: Classic, Deluxe, Luxury, Prestige, Terrasse, Family and Presidential.
Next comes the Hotel Martinez Cannes (256 €) with five – Oasis, Executive, Emmanuel, Prestige and Suzanne – plus dedicated family and connecting rooms.
The Mondrian Cannes (254 €) holds Deluxe, Serenity and Signature; the Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes (256 €) Superior, Deluxe and the Prestige Sea View Terrace. For the Regent Carlton Cannes no separate suite category is held in our inventory.
The Canopy Cannes on Boulevard Jean Hibert, from around 147 € per night. It sits at the western end of the bay, below the old town of Le Suquet and by the harbour – so not on the Croisette, but within walking distance.
Next come the Five Seas Hotel Cannes in the centre (223 €) and the JW Marriott Cannes on the Croisette (233 €).
The difference between harbour and Croisette in Cannes is therefore around eighty euros a night – for ten minutes on foot.
All seven hotels include breakfast for two and a late check-out, and six a room upgrade subject to availability.
A 100 USD hotel credit is held by five: the Hotel Martinez Cannes, the JW Marriott Cannes, the Mondrian Cannes, the Regent Carlton Cannes and the Canopy Cannes.
These benefits do not apply to the two villas – there our travel advisors agree the scope individually. A minimum stay is required by the Mondrian Cannes (two nights) and the villas (seven each).
May to June and September are the most pleasant months: warm but not crowded.
Two dates are worth knowing because they set prices along the whole coast: the film festival in May and the Monaco Grand Prix in late May. In those weeks the Croisette properties sell out early.
July and August are high season with full beaches; from October to April Cannes is much quieter and better value – the mild climate is ample for the town and coastal trips.
