Secrets Tides Punta Cana opened in January 2024 as the third Secrets resort in the Dominican Republic and part of Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection. It is for adults only and consists entirely of suites. For you, that means short walks through grounds designed like a residential village, suites from which you slip straight into the water, and a lazy river to drift along.
Secrets Tides Punta Cana · Uvero AltoW Punta Cana followed in August 2025: never before had W run an all-inclusive resort anywhere in the world, and this one, too, is for adults only. Together with Grupo Puntacana and MAC Hotels, it brought 340 rooms, all from around 65 m², and 400 meters of beachfront. In 46 suites you start swimming from your own terrace.

Laps at the WET Deck: W Punta Cana has an 80-meter infinity pool, longer than an Olympic one. Things are calmer at the Chill Pool, whose bar stands right in the water, and if you stay in one of the 46 suites with a swim-up pool, you barely need to walk to a pool at all.
