Gift card terms

1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to the purchase and redemption of gift cards via the suitespot gift card pages. The provider and contracting party is reisetopia GmbH, Dessauer Straße 28–29, 10963 Berlin, Germany, Charlottenburg Local Court, HRB 210880, VAT ID DE311975567, Managing Director Moritz Lindner, email hotel@suitespot.com, phone +49 30 75438770 (“suitespot”).

2. Subject matter

A voucher for twelve months of suitespot Premium for a new membership, starting on redemption.

3. Conclusion of contract, prices and payment

1. The gift cards shown on our pages are not a binding offer. By clicking the order button in the checkout you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded once the payment is confirmed; you receive the gift card with its code immediately afterwards and the invoice by email.
2. All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT where applicable.
3. Payments are processed by our billing provider Chargebee. The payment methods shown in the checkout are available.

4. Validity

Gift cards are valid until 31 December of the third year after the year of purchase (example: purchased in 2026, valid until 31 December 2029). The expiry date is shown on the gift card.

5. Redeeming the Premium gift

1. The Premium gift is redeemed once via the link on the gift card. It applies to a new suitespot Premium membership and cannot be redeemed for an account that already has an active Premium membership.
2. When redeeming, the recipient takes out a suitespot Premium membership under the membership terms and adds a payment method. The twelve months from redemption are free of charge; there is no trial period.
3. The membership can be cancelled in the account at any time until the free period ends, at no cost. Without cancellation, it then continues at the annual fee then in force (currently 99 EUR, CHF or GBP); details are set out in the membership terms.

6. Passing on, loss and misuse

1. Gift cards may be given away and passed on as long as they have not been redeemed. Commercial resale is not permitted.
2. If a code is lost, suitespot replaces a code that has not yet been redeemed if the buyer proves the purchase, for example with the invoice.
3. suitespot may block gift cards obtained through discount codes, chargebacks or in any other unauthorised way; amounts already paid will be refunded in that case.

7. No cash payout

The gift card value cannot be paid out in cash unless required by law. If a gift card cannot be redeemed for reasons for which suitespot is responsible, suitespot refunds the unredeemed value.

8. Data protection

We process your data and, if you choose delivery to the recipient, the recipient’s name and email address solely to handle the gift card. Details can be found in our privacy policy.

9. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. suitespot is neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (reisetopia GmbH, Dessauer Straße 28–29, 10963 Berlin, Germany, phone +49 30 75438770, email hotel@suitespot.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Upon withdrawal, the gift card code becomes invalid.
