At the very top stands the Uluwatu Estate Bali at 6,510 €. That this page’s range looks so wide is down to that one entry alone: it carries a single category and is a private estate, not a hotel room. Without it the range ends at 748 €.
Our recommendation is the Radisson Blu Resort Bali Uluwatu: it is the only hotel here that carries a square metre figure for all eleven of its categories – and it sits almost at the entry rate.
We give no distances – neither to the clifftop temple nor to the airport or Seminyak: the data holds none.
What the categories reveal: 25 are simply Ocean View, three combine cliff and sea, two name only the cliff, one the sea. Nine name the garden, one the jungle. Only five say nothing at all – and those are exactly the ones we ask about for you.

🚩 One line deserves special attention: at the Uluwatu Estate Bali the benefits apply only from the third night. Three nights are rare with us – anyone heading there should plan the trip accordingly. At the other four they apply from the first.
When it is at its best: from May to September. Dry, less humid, and the sea below the cliff is calmer. Our recommendation is May and June, before the European summer holidays set in.
From November to March it is the rainy season. That means not constant rain here but heavy afternoon showers – and noticeably lower rates. If you can live with that, these weeks are markedly cheaper, and the view from the cliff is often clearest after a shower.
