Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth · Grand Cul-de-SacWith every booking through suitespot you receive a comprehensive package of suitespot benefits:Three of our five addresses sit on the same bay, the Grand Cul-de-Sac: Le Sereno St. Barth (from around 2,258 €), Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth (2,033 €) and Le Barthelemy St. Barth (1,691 €). One bay, three properties, and just under 570 € between them – so comparing the rates tells you nothing about the location.
Cheval Blanc St. Barth sits at the other end of the island, on the Baie des Flamands (1,998 €), and the Hotel Manapany St. Barth near Gustavia is the entry point at 750 €.
Four properties fall between 1,691 and 2,258 € and one sits well below – with nothing in between.
And only two of the five take part in a loyalty programme: the Hotel Manapany (iPrefer) and Le Sereno (Leaders Club).
If you want seclusion and a choice of room, the Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth offers the most: nine suite categories – Garden, Ocean Cove, Marechal, Marigot, Beach Pool, Hibiscus, Pelican, Garden House and Admiral. No other property on the island comes close to that range in our selection.
Le Barthelemy St. Barth · Saint BarthélemyIf you want the calm of a sheltered bay, the three addresses on the Grand Cul-de-Sac are equivalent on location: Le Sereno St. Barth (Grand and Piscine categories), the Rosewood Le Guanahani and Le Barthelemy St. Barth (Jardin, La Barthelemy and Signature). The decision is then about the house, not the beach.Personal luxury travel adviceOur travel advisors personally accompany your booking – 365 days a year, from the first offer to late check-out. Reach the suitespot VIP service via email or WhatsApp.Phone: +49 30 81452346 · hotel@suitespot.comIf you want a bay to yourself, Cheval Blanc St. Barth on the Baie des Flamands (1,998 €) is our only property there, with a Garden category.
And if budget is the deciding factor, the Hotel Manapany St. Barth near Gustavia (750 €) remains the only address on the island below a thousand euros in our selection – a difference that, over a week, comfortably exceeds the cost of getting to St. Barth.
The most useful thing to know about St. Barth is not the median but the absence of a middle. Four properties sit close together between 1,691 and 2,258 €; the fifth starts at 750 €, and there is nothing between them.
In practice that means the choice comes in two steps rather than five. Either you stay within the group of four, in which case the entry rate is no longer a useful criterion because it varies by only about a third – or the Hotel Manapany, at less than half the rate of the cheapest of the four, changes the nature of the stay. Over a week, the gap between the two options far exceeds the journey to the island.
On high season: from December to April rates peak and all five of our addresses can be full at the same time – there is no sixth option of this class to absorb the demand.
And on programmes: only two of the five belong to one. The other three take part in no loyalty programme, which is common at this level and worth knowing in advance.
On an island this size it is not the neighbourhood that separates the addresses but the bay.
Cheval Blanc St. Barth · Saint-BarthélemyOur selection spreads across three of them.
The densest cluster in our selection: Le Sereno St. Barth (from around 2,258 €, Leaders Club, Grand and Piscine categories), the Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth (2,033 €, nine suite categories) and Le Barthelemy St. Barth (1,691 €, Jardin, La Barthelemy and Signature categories). Same bay, just under 570 € apart: here the rates teach you nothing about the setting.
From 1,998 €, the only property in our selection on this bay, with a Garden suite category. If you want a bay of your own rather than a shared one, this is where you find it – and only here.
750 €, the only address on the island below a thousand euros in our selection and the only one close to the harbour. Five suite categories (Ocean, Tropical Prestige, Prestige, Ocean Prestige, Tropical) and, as one of two, a programme (iPrefer).
We list five properties on St. Barth and that is the whole of the selection. No villas, no whole-property rates and nothing on the neighbouring islands. If a villa on the island is what you are after, we are not the right address – and we would rather say so beforehand.
Le Sereno St. Barth, the Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth and Le Barthelemy St. Barth all three sit on the Grand Cul-de-Sac bay.
Hotel Manapany St. Barth · GustaviaTheir entry rates – around 2,258 €, 2,033 € and 1,691 € – therefore reflect no difference in location. You look at the same water from all three.
What separates them is the house: nine room categories at the Rosewood against three at Le Barthelemy and two at Le Sereno – and only one of the three takes part in a loyalty programme.
That is exactly why on this island the question of the bay is answered quickly and the question of the house is the real one. Tell our travel advisors what matters to you – room choice, programme or rate – and we will tell you which of the three it is.
Entry rates across our five properties run from around 750 € at the Hotel Manapany St. Barth to 2,258 € at Le Sereno St. Barth. The median of the five is 1,998 €.
Measured across all our destinations, that is the highest median in our entire portfolio – ahead of Antigua (around 1,680 €), Big Sur (1,671 €) and Bora Bora (1,174 €), and more than five times New York (365 €).
The structure is unusual: four properties fall between 1,691 and 2,258 €, the fifth starts at 750 €, and there is nothing in between. The gap between the cheapest property and the next one up is 941 € per night.
No villa or whole-property rates are visible in these figures – all five are room rates. The gap is therefore a property of what this island offers, not an artefact of the arithmetic.
What our travel advisors are asked for most on St. Barth is a boat for the day, restaurant reservations in Gustavia, which fill weeks ahead between Christmas and New Year, and the transfer – the island is reached by the short hop from St. Martin or by ferry, and both are worth settling before you book.Personal luxury travel adviceOur travel advisors personally accompany your booking – 365 days a year, from the first offer to late check-out. Reach the suitespot VIP service via email or WhatsApp.Phone: +49 30 81452346 · hotel@suitespot.comOn the beaches: the three properties on the Grand Cul-de-Sac sit on a shallow, sheltered lagoon, Cheval Blanc on the open Baie des Flamands, and the Hotel Manapany near Gustavia, which puts it closest to the harbour, the restaurants and the shops.
As a suitespot guest you travel with VIP status at all five properties: we pass your preferences on before you arrive. On top of that come breakfast for two, a room upgrade subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and up to 100 USD hotel credit per stay. Since only two of the five belong to a loyalty programme, in three cases out of five those benefits are the whole of what you gain over a direct booking on St. Barth – which is precisely why they are worth using.
suitespot rates are genuine direct rates: you keep earning regular points and elite nights in the hotel's loyalty program and retain your status benefits – on top of your suitespot benefits. These programs are represented in St. Barth:
| Program | Hotels | Examples in St. Barth |
|---|---|---|
| I Prefer | 1 hotel | Hotel Manapany St. Barth |
| Leaders Club | 1 hotel | Le Sereno St. Barth |

With suitespot you always book at direct rates, and the benefits worth more than 500 € come on top.
For choice of room, the Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth leads with nine suite categories – among them Beach Pool, Ocean Cove and Garden House – by far the widest range on the island in our selection.
For the calm of a sheltered bay, the three addresses on the Grand Cul-de-Sac are equivalent on location; the decision is then about the house.
For a bay of your own, Cheval Blanc St. Barth on the Baie des Flamands (1,998 €) stands alone.
Tell your travel advisor which of the three criteria matters to you and you will get a specific answer before booking rather than a general recommendation.
Our selection spreads across three bays.
The Grand Cul-de-Sac holds three of them: Le Sereno (around 2,258 €), the Rosewood Le Guanahani (2,033 €) and Le Barthelemy (1,691 €). On that bay the difference in rate covers no difference in location – you look at the same water from all three.
Cheval Blanc St. Barth sits on the Baie des Flamands (1,998 €) and the Hotel Manapany near Gustavia (750 €) – the only one of our addresses close to the harbour.
At two of the five properties only, and that is worth knowing before you book. The Hotel Manapany St. Barth belongs to iPrefer and Le Sereno St. Barth to Leaders Club.
The Rosewood Le Guanahani, Cheval Blanc and Le Barthelemy take part in no points programme – common at this level.
The suitespot benefits, by contrast, apply at all five: breakfast for two, an upgrade subject to availability and up to 100 USD hotel credit per stay.
Le Sereno, the Rosewood Le Guanahani and Le Barthelemy all three sit on the Grand Cul-de-Sac bay.
Their entry rates – around 2,258 €, 2,033 € and 1,691 € – therefore reflect no difference in location.

The Hotel Manapany St. Barth near Gustavia, from around 750 € per night – less than half the entry rate of the cheapest of the four other properties in our selection, which all fall between 1,691 and 2,258 €.
It lists five suite categories (Ocean, Tropical Prestige, Prestige, Ocean Prestige and Tropical) and belongs to iPrefer, one of only two programmes represented on the island.
Over a week, the gap to the group of four far exceeds the cost of getting to St. Barth.
December to April is the high season: dry, reliable and the most expensive. With only five properties of this class, a busy week can mean our whole selection is full at once – there is no sixth option of this kind.
May and November are the value windows, with the water still excellent and noticeably more space.
Late summer and early autumn fall within the Atlantic hurricane season; some properties on the island close for weeks then. Ask about opening dates and cancellation terms before you book – on this island that is the more important part of the planning.
Five, and that is our complete selection on the island: Le Sereno St. Barth (from around 2,258 €), the Rosewood Le Guanahani St. Barth (2,033 €), Cheval Blanc St. Barth (1,998 €), Le Barthelemy St. Barth (1,691 €) and the Hotel Manapany St. Barth (750 €).
Three of those addresses sit on the same bay, the Grand Cul-de-Sac.
We do not list villas or whole-property rates on St. Barth – if that is what you are looking for, we are not the right address.
