The four largest units measure 99, 99, 94 and 92 square metres. Between the largest and the fourth largest there are seven square metres – at the top the ladder is practically flat. Below that it drops clearly, to 62 and 58.
And one category stands out. Of the two at 99 square metres, one is called Presidential Suite Lake View – and the other Room Lake View. A room, that is, exactly as large as the Presidential Suite.

Évian is a spa town on the water, and the hotel sits central enough that you reach everything on foot.
