No other continent is shaped this strongly by a single country: the United States account for 946 of the 1,352 properties, roughly seven in ten – and for 99 of 154 destinations. The cheapest entry sits at around €71 per night, the median across our North American portfolio at about €313. The most affordable countries are Panama (median €202), Guatemala (€242) and Canada (€253).
