Our recommendation is therefore for anyone wanting Ibiza with pool DJ and bay but without the clubs at the door – and for those who drive to Dalt Vila in the evening and sleep in the quiet of the bay at night.
What lies within reach: Cala Llonga beach with the shallow water between the pine slopes, three hundred metres; Santa Eulalia with the promenade and the Puig de Missa, four kilometres; Dalt Vila, the fortress town and World Heritage site, nine kilometres.
For orientation: the airport is half an hour away, Ibiza Town twenty minutes, Formentera another half hour by ferry from Ibiza Town. The Las Dalias hippie market in Sant Carles is a quarter of an hour. In the bay one walks; across the island one drives.
