Your guide to the best luxury hotels in Ibiza

Ibiza spreads wider on price than almost any other destination in our Spanish selection: entry rates differ by a factor of six – in Barcelona and on Mallorca it is a little over five. We list twelve properties here – from 135 € to 810 € per night, with a median entry of about 298 €. They are spread across the whole island: the old town, Santa Eulària, the eastern coves and the quiet north.7Pines Resort Ibiza7Pines Resort Ibiza · Cala ContaWith every booking through suitespot you enjoy a comprehensive package of suitespot benefits:
  • Complimentary breakfast for two
  • Room upgrade subject to availability
  • Up to 100 USD hotel credit per stay
  • Early check-in & late check-out subject to availability
  • Regular points & status benefits in the hotel programmes

At the top sits the Six Senses Ibiza in the north near Portinatx (from around 810 €), followed by the BLESS Hotel Ibiza in Es Canar (450 €), the Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay in Talamanca (444 €) and the ME Ibiza on S'Argamassa (435 €).

The entry level sits far lower, at two emphatically contemporary properties: the Hyde Ibiza in Cala Llonga (135 €) and the The Standard Ibiza in the middle of Eivissa (142 €). In between are the Mondrian Ibiza (206 €), La Torre del Canonigo Ibiza in the old town (226 €), the Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel (270 €), the 7Pines Resort Ibiza above Cala Conta (289 €) and the W Ibiza and Hotel Riomar Ibiza in Santa Eulària (307 € each).

Which are the most modern hotels in Ibiza?

This is the question we are asked most often about Ibiza – and it captures the island better than the question about the most expensive property.Nobu Hotel Ibiza BayNobu Hotel Ibiza Bay · Dalt VilaDesign and brand: the most emphatically contemporary are the W Ibiza on the Santa Eulària promenade (from around 307 €), the Mondrian Ibiza and the Hyde Ibiza in Cala Llonga (206 € and 135 €) – the latter also the lowest entry rate on the island – and the The Standard Ibiza in Eivissa (142 €).Personal luxury travel adviceOur travel advisors personally accompany your booking – 365 days a year, from the first offer to late check-out. Reach the suitespot VIP service via email or WhatsApp.Phone: +49 30 81452346 · hotel@suitespot.comAsk via WhatsAppWrite an emailModern and quiet: the Six Senses Ibiza in the north (810 €) and the 7Pines Resort Ibiza above Cala Conta (289 €) are both recent builds, deliberately away from the crowds.

Modern in a historic setting: La Torre del Canonigo Ibiza (226 €) stands inside the walls of Dalt Vila – the exact opposite of a resort, and for many the most interesting address on the island.

5-star hotels in Ibiza by area: town, Santa Eulària or the north?

Ibiza is small but not quick: from Eivissa to the north takes a good three quarters of an hour depending on the road.W IbizaW Ibiza · Can NadalThese four areas cover our selection.

Eivissa and Dalt Vila – the town

For anyone who would rather not drive in the evening: La Torre del Canonigo Ibiza in Dalt Vila (from around 226 €) with Deluxe and Deluxe Family categories, and the The Standard Ibiza just below the old town (142 €) with six categories from Junior to Casa Privada. Just outside town, on Talamanca bay, sits the Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay (444 €).

Santa Eulària des Riu – the densest choice

Four of our properties are here: the W Ibiza on the promenade (307 €), the Hotel Riomar Ibiza on Santa Eulària beach (307 €), the ME Ibiza on S'Argamassa (435 €) and the Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel (270 €). It is the quietest of the island's three larger towns.

The eastern coves – Cala Llonga and Es Canar

The Mondrian Ibiza (206 €) and the Hyde Ibiza (135 €) share an address on Calle Atalaya above Cala Llonga – two properties, one site, two very different price levels. In Es Canar follows the BLESS Hotel Ibiza (450 €).

The west and the north

Above Cala Conta near Sant Josep stands the 7Pines Resort Ibiza (289 €) with nine room categories – the widest choice on the island. At the far north, near Portinatx, sits the Six Senses Ibiza (810 €), the most expensive and the most remote property in our selection.

Suites and room categories in Ibiza

If you are after a particular room category, Ibiza offers unusual choice – three properties hold nine each.Hyde IbizaHyde Ibiza · ValverdeThe 7Pines Resort Ibiza (from around 289 €) runs from the Garden through the Cliff Duplex to the Laguna Infinity, plus a dedicated Family category. The ME Ibiza (435 €) adds its own Extra Me, Beyond Me and Exclusive Me to Studio and Junior. The W Ibiza (307 €) uses the familiar W ladder from Fantastic through Marvelous to WOW and EWOW, plus two family categories.

Smaller but distinctive: the Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay (444 €) with Sea, Deluxe, Presidential and Royal; the Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel (270 €) with Cloud 9 and Grand Corner; the Six Senses Ibiza (810 €) with Premium, Cave and Seascape.

The Hotel Riomar Ibiza (307 €) holds exactly one suite – the Riomar.

Points, status and programmes in Ibiza

Ibiza is the most varied island in our Spanish selection on the programme side – and at the same time the one with the most properties in no programme at all.

World of Hyatt covers two properties (7Pines Resort Ibiza, The Standard Ibiza), Marriott Bonvoy two more (W Ibiza, Hotel Riomar Ibiza) and ALL another two (Hyde Ibiza, Mondrian Ibiza). Add Meliá Rewards with the ME Ibiza, IHG One Rewards with the Six Senses Ibiza and the Leaders Club with the BLESS Hotel Ibiza.

Three properties take part in no loyalty programme: the Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay, La Torre del Canonigo Ibiza and the Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel. All three are bookable through suitespot with every other benefit – but there are no points or status nights.

If you want to use status, in Ibiza that effectively decides your location too: Bonvoy points to Santa Eulària, Hyatt to the town or Cala Conta, ALL to Cala Llonga.

Beach, wellness and what our advisors arrange in Ibiza

The second most frequent question about Ibiza is about wellness by the sea. The Six Senses Ibiza in the north takes that furthest (from around 810 €), followed by the 7Pines Resort Ibiza above Cala Conta (289 €) and the Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay on Talamanca bay (444 €). The Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel in Santa Eulària (270 €) belongs in that group too.Personal luxury travel adviceOur travel advisors personally accompany your booking – 365 days a year, from the first offer to late check-out. Reach the suitespot VIP service via email or WhatsApp.Phone: +49 30 81452346 · hotel@suitespot.comAsk via WhatsAppWrite an emailFor orientation: from the airport it is a few minutes to Eivissa and Talamanca, around half an hour to Santa Eulària and Cala Llonga, and a good three quarters of an hour north to Portinatx. If you stay in the north, you need a car.

As a suitespot guest you travel with VIP status: we register your preferences with the hotel before arrival – in Ibiza most often a sea view and a quiet position within the property.

All twelve properties include breakfast for two and a late check-out, ten of twelve an upgrade subject to availability, and seven properties a 100 USD hotel credit. Three properties require a minimum stay of two nights: the Hyde Ibiza, the The Standard Ibiza and La Torre del Canonigo Ibiza.

Recent builds in deliberately quiet positions are the Six Senses Ibiza near Portinatx (810 €) and the 7Pines Resort Ibiza above Cala Conta (289 €).

For contemporary interiors in a historic setting, La Torre del Canonigo Ibiza (226 €) sits inside the walls of Dalt Vila.

Do I earn points and can I use my status on suitespot bookings?

Yes. suitespot rates are full direct rates: you earn regular points and status nights in the respective hotel programme.

In Ibiza the spread is wide: World of Hyatt (7Pines Resort Ibiza, The Standard Ibiza), Marriott Bonvoy (W Ibiza, Hotel Riomar Ibiza) and ALL (Hyde Ibiza, Mondrian Ibiza) with two properties each, plus Meliá Rewards (ME Ibiza), IHG One Rewards (Six Senses Ibiza) and the Leaders Club (BLESS Hotel Ibiza).

Three properties take part in no loyalty programme: the Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay, La Torre del Canonigo Ibiza and the Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel.

Which luxury hotels are in the old town of Ibiza Town?

In Dalt Vila, inside the town walls, we list La Torre del Canonigo Ibiza (from around 226 €) with Deluxe and Deluxe Family categories.

Directly below, in Eivissa, sits the The Standard Ibiza (142 €) with six categories from Junior to Casa Privada – the second-lowest entry rate on the island.

Just outside town, on Talamanca bay, follows the Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay (444 €). All three suit guests who would rather not drive across the island in the evening.

Which hotels in Ibiza are on the sea and have a spa?

The property that takes wellness by the sea furthest is the Six Senses Ibiza in the north near Portinatx (from around 810 €).

Next come the 7Pines Resort Ibiza above Cala Conta (289 €), the Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay on Talamanca bay (444 €) and the Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel in Santa Eulària (270 €).

Note that no property of ours in Ibiza holds an all-inclusive benefit – catering beyond breakfast is arranged locally or through our travel advisors.

Where should I stay in Ibiza – town, Santa Eulària or the north?

Eivissa and Talamanca are the choice if you would rather not drive in the evening: old town, harbour and restaurants are all walkable.

Santa Eulària is the quietest of the three larger towns and holds four of our properties – W Ibiza and Hotel Riomar Ibiza (307 € each), ME Ibiza (435 €) and Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel (270 €).

The north around Portinatx with the Six Senses Ibiza (810 €) and the west above Cala Conta with the 7Pines Resort Ibiza (289 €) are the most remote – you will need a car there.

What benefits do I receive when booking in Ibiza through suitespot?

All twelve properties include breakfast for two and a late check-out. Ten of twelve add a room upgrade subject to availability, and seven properties a 100 USD hotel credit.

You also travel with VIP status: we register your preferences with the hotel before arrival, in Ibiza most often sea view and a quiet position.

Three properties require a minimum stay of two nights: the Hyde Ibiza, the The Standard Ibiza and La Torre del Canonigo Ibiza.

When is the best time to visit Ibiza?

May, June and September are the most balanced months: warm enough for swimming, without the crowds and rates of high summer.

July and August are the most expensive weeks of the year – more sharply so on Ibiza than on the Spanish mainland coast, and the entry rates on this page reflect only the starting point.

From October to April the island is far quieter and better value; some beach operations close, but the properties in Eivissa and Santa Eulària work as a base year-round.
